We’ll kick off early in the morning from Fes, soaking in the beautiful landscapes as we make our way through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our journey will take us through the picturesque Ziz Valley before reaching Erfoud, where we can explore fossil finds and learn about local industry.

By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara. After checking into our desert camp or hotel, we’ll hop on camels for a mesmerizing trek into the dunes. Get ready for a stunning sunset in the desert!

We’ll then enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars before spending the night in a cozy desert tent.

Day 2: Merzouga to Fes

Rise and shine early to catch the sunrise over the Sahara—it’s a sight you won’t want to miss! After breakfast, there’s time for optional activities like sandboarding or exploring nearby villages.

We’ll then bid farewell to the desert and begin our journey back to Fes, with a stop in Rissani to explore its lively souks and historical sites. Lunch break in Midelt will refuel us for the rest of the drive.

By evening, we’ll arrive back in Fes, concluding our unforgettable desert adventure.
