DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE – DADES GORGES

Organize a private Marrakech tour to the Sahara Desert via the Atlas Mountains with an experienced driver. The tour starts in the morning with a departure from Marrakech, heading towards the Dades Gorge through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2610m), crossing the stunning High Atlas Mountains. En route, we’ll visit the historic Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site and the backdrop for more than 20 films. We’ll then pass through Ouarzazate and continue along the scenic Valley of Roses, eventually reaching the picturesque Dades Valley. Here, we will spend the night in a comfortable hotel, enjoying a delicious dinner.

DAY 2 : DADES GORGES – TODRA – MERZOUGA

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before departing to the breathtaking Todra Gorges, a narrow canyon with vertical walls towering over 300 meters, nestled in a valley filled with palm trees and Berber villages. After enjoying lunch at the Gorges, we will continue our journey towards the charming town of Merzouga. Here, you can experience an exciting dromedary ride, giving you the opportunity to marvel at the vast sea of sand and the majestic dunes of Erg Chebbi. At the camp, you will be captivated by the unforgettable desert sky. You can choose to bivouac or sleep in a traditional nomad tent made of camel’s hair. Dinner will be served at the camp, completing this extraordinary desert experience..

DAY 3 : MERZOUGA – ifran – FES

In the morning, we will enjoy the magical sunrise over the dunes. Afterward, we will drive towards Midelt, passing through the spectacular mountains of the High Atlas. We expect to arrive in Fes at approximately 6:00 PM. Thank you for exploring Morocco with Morocco Visitors.
